I don’t understand this, it’s not about me looking beautiful bloggy right now, it’s about respecting the author here Blogging 101 – It’s a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood.Seriously, I’ve been singing that song in my head ever since the neighbor thing. It’s been that and the State Farm jingle (are the branded songs still called jingles? You know “like a good neighbor… ) Dunno, just know it’s been a long week and I experimented a wee too hastily with a dear dear writer whose work I adore and  and … please sit, have a cuppa tea this summer California eve and enjoy her read.

HOMEWORK: I’m going to cheat a little because I have created an about page recently, just not mine. Since my layoff at work awhile ago, I have succumbed to the fact that I will forever be student of social media while getting up to speed assisting my husband promoting our home-based business. That said, I recently put together his about.me page. He also has a blog here on WordPress. Simple and sweet reminders for the masses.

Made My Day! It’s only taken me a over a year…:D

Just had to share – the last time I hit a hundred anything was in January 2008 when I celebrated 100 days smokefree and that was a lot of work!

Thanks wordpress team and bloggers for your votes and this wonderful opportunity. Funny some things happen when you’re not really looking…spouses for instance, but that’s another story.
